Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We fully stand behind our 100% satisfaction commitment. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us and we will make it right.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time customers on one-time (starter offer) purchase orders. This means you have 30 days after the delivery date to request a replacement or refund on your first purchase if you are not satisfied with the product.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To start the process and to expedite your request, contact us at support@cuggo.com and include the following:

  1. Your CUGGO order number

  2. The email address associated with your order

  3. A short description of the issue and feedback on your experience

  4. Your preference for a replacement or a refund

If your request is approved, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@cuggo.com.

Returns

To ensure the quality and safety of our product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. However, we can offer a replacement or refund as described above. We retain the right to request that products be returned in certain circumstances.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For defective or damaged goods, we will ship you a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

If we shipped you a different product than what you ordered, we will ship you a replacement immediately.

Erroneous Orders

When placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please verify that the product and shipping address are correct. You can contact us at support@cuggo.com to correct the order, and we will do everything we can to make corrections before shipping, but we are not responsible for incorrect information entered during the order process.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We cannot process direct exchanges because our products are food items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us for a refund, and once the refund is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Subscription Orders

The following terms apply specifically to products purchased through a Cuggo Subscribe & Save subscription:

Before Your Billing Date: If you cancel your subscription before your scheduled billing date, you will not be charged for any future orders. No refund is needed. See our  Cancellation Policy  for instructions on how to cancel.

After Billing but Before Shipment: If you are charged on your billing date and contact us before a shipping confirmation is sent, we will cancel that order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please contact us within 48 hours of the charge at support@cuggo.com to request this.

After Shipment: Subscription orders that have already shipped are subject to our standard return and refund process. Unopened products in original condition may be eligible for a refund as per the terms described above. Contact support@cuggo.com to initiate a request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect subscription item, contact us at support@cuggo.com within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.

Introductory Offers: First-order introductory discounts and promotional pricing are non-refundable once the order has shipped, except in cases of damage or error.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
